MLM Software - MLM Service and MLM Virtual Product companies Bad Bad Bad

Now I have to rant. I do not understand how valid value bearing services sold by MLM and valid value bearing Virtual Products that the regular business world sell can be deemed to be illegal when it comes to MLM.


We build MLM Software and it is interesting that the legal advice our clients get almost everytime someone wants to build an MLM company using a Service or Virtual Product whether it be an online service, webhosting, or an educational online product the MLM regulators all get their knickers in a twist.


I don't get it!


If an MLM company decides to sell an educational program on the Forex Currency exchange or ForEx Trading, what makes that illegal when it is done by MLM? Some of the biggest currency exchange trading houses in the world offer courses to learn to do this for anywhere from $500 to $5000 each. They don't get in trouble for it, they get held up as saints.


Yet as soon as you make a similar concept MLM, the regulators go nuts, or at least the MLM Lawyers get all concerned about how illegal it is.


How is it that MLM companies like my clients who come to us for MLM Software get held to a different standard to regular business does.
