The MLM Unilevel Compensation Plan
The MLM unilevel compensation plan is very simple in principal and most often becomes part of a hybrid compensation plan.
Originally the "answer" to the MLM Stairstep Breakaway plan, it now has lost a lot of favour to the MLM Matrix compensatino plan and the MLM Binary compensation plan.
Unlike the MLM Stairstep Breakaway plan, the MLM Unilevel commission plan is still alive and well in the MLM Industry today.
The main issue with the MLM Unilevel plan is that though the principal of it is simple, the final product is often very complex in order to make it appear more exciting.
Probably the biggest issue with the MLM unilevel compensation plan is not the MLM unilevel plan itself, but rather a bonus type most often seen attached to a UniLevel plan, the Title Block bonus.
The Titleblock bonus is Something to be avoided in todays MLM Marketplace for sure.
The MLM Uni-level commission plan in general allows unlimited width, and a set number of levels deep.
I guess it is easiest to say it is like an MLM matrix commission plan but has unlimited width.
How you configure the goalposts to get depth or width is up to you and can really affect the effectiveness of the MLM Unilevel commission plan.
Internetnextstep.com has had quite a few MLM Software clients that utilize the MLM Unilevel compensation plan. It is likely the 3rd most popular plan through our MLM clients, with the MLM Matrix and MLM Binary sharing the top two spots for popularity.
INS can certainly help to design an MLM Unilevel compensation plan should you need help with yours. We have a generous Share in the risk plan on MLM commission plan design available to all our MLM Software clients.
