MLM Truth - Are MLM Service Companies Illegal?

We really don't know the truth. The TRUTH is that for regular NON MLM companies it is just fine to sell a service. Why then does selling services by MLM seem to create such a ruckus?

The way I see it buying education or online tools by MLM is not less valid than buying them from non mlm companies. If Microsoft can sell CRM software to small businesses, why can't an MLM company do that too?


Or webhosting, affiliate programs sell it like crazy, and the internet sells that service like crazy. Why does this concept of doing the same by way of MLM create an issue?


We don't know, but would love to hear your opinion on the issue.
