1. www.buydomains.com  This is one of the cheapest and best companies at $16.00 per year minimum two years.  Lots of good features for free.  We have 6 domain names registered with them.

2. www.networksolutions.com   The oldest, biggest and most expensive, but it does offer multilingual registrations.  $35.00 a year minimum two years.
